If you see a private GP more than four times a year, the membership pays for itself. Based on Niva's published fees, a year of equivalent care (annual health check with comprehensive bloods + 10 GP visits) is from £1,100 — versus £828 on the membership. You also get the ECG, priority same-day access, 10% off extra investigations, and free prescriptions, sick notes and specialist referrals.
Yes. We hold same-day slots for members and offer face-to-face, video and telephone consultations Monday to Saturday, including evenings (until 7pm on most weekdays). If a slot isn't available, you'll be offered the next earliest time, usually within 24 hours.
Not at all. Your Signature Membership runs alongside your NHS GP — it's a faster, more personalised option for when you don't want to wait. Many of our members keep both.
Memberships run for an initial 12-month period, billed monthly at £69 (so £828 over the year). That guarantees you priority access to a private GP for a full year. After the 12 months, you can cancel any time. If you need to discuss changing your circumstances within the initial 12-month period, please get in touch with us — we'll always try to help.
You'll get an automatic 10% discount on any additional GP appointments and on in-clinic investigations (blood, urine and stool tests). Free repeat prescriptions, sick notes and specialist referrals continue throughout your 12-month membership regardless.

Many UK private GP services aren't covered by traditional health insurance. Some policies have an annual cash allowance for private GP visits that can be reimbursed — check with your insurer. We can refer you to trusted private specialists, send routine NHS referrals back via your NHS GP, or refer urgent suspected cancer cases directly to your local hospital — whichever route is right for you.
