All procedures are performed by our experienced Dermatology GP, ensuring safe removal and appropriate aftercare.

Pricing And Fees
The treatment and services offered at Niva Medical Clinic are affordable as we believe in providing health care accessible to all. All our pricing is honest and upfront.
Kindly note that you must pay the consultation fees before the appointment. For additional consultation or treatment, fees will be paid at the end. All our pricing plans are transparent; however, if you have any queries, kindly contact us before the appointment to avoid any confusion.

20-minute GP appointment:
- Suitable for minor ailments or single less complex issues
- £80 for Face-to-Face
- £70 for Video
- £60 for Telephone
30-minute GP appointment:
- Suitable for more complex problems to allow sufficent time for discussion
- £110 for Face-to-Face
GP Home Visit:
- £180 for a home visit within 3 miles from the clinic
- £220 for a home visit within 5 miles from the clinic
Health Check Blood Test:
- £190 for Male Wellness check (Blood count, Renal/Liver function, Thyroid, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Uric Acid, Bone profile, B12, Folate, Iron Studies, Prostate test)
- £180 for Female Wellness check (Blood count, Renal/Liver function, Thyroid, Diabetes, Cholesterol, Uric Acid, Bone profile, B12, Folate, Iron Studies)

Minor Surgery:
- Cyst Excision - £TBC after consult

Dermatology Services:
- £110 for Initial Consultation
- £70 for Follow-Up Consultation
- £110 for Full Body Mole Check
- £180 for Histofreeze Consultation (up to 3 lesions)
- £100 for Histofreeze Follow -up Consultation
Joint Injections:
- To be booked following review:
- £150 for a Steroid injection (30 minute appointment)
- £300 for a Hyaluronic acid (Ostenil Plus) injection (30 minute appointment)
- £350 for a Hyaluronic acid (Durolane) injection (30 minute appointment)
Physiotherapy appointment:
- £60 for a 30-minute assessment appointment
- £60 for a 30-minute therapy appointment
- £110 for a 60-minute assessment and therapy appointment
Intramuscular Injections:
- £50 for Vitamin B12
- £70 for Vitamin D
TFL/Taxi/DVLA Medical Forms:
- £150 (please note we would need a copy of your NHS GP records to be able to complete this)
NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing):
- £350 for Down, Edwards and Patau Syndrome including sex chromosome aneuploidies (from 10 weeks pregnancy)

Audiology:
- £50 for Microsuction - One ear
- £80 for Microsuction - Both ears
- £65 for Hearing test (fee waived if hearing aids ordered at appointment)
- £150 for Home visit for Microsuction or Hearing test

Can I Pay Out Of My Insurance?
To confirm if your insurance plan covers your treatment or service plan, kindly contact your service provider and confirm before the appointment. Some insurance providers have an annual cash allowance for Private GP appointments that can be reimbursed.
Monthly Membership:
- £30 per month, £50 per couple
- Includes a 30-minute annual health check appointment, annual blood test, and 15-minute follow-up appointment
Can I Pay Out Of My Insurance?
To confirm if our insurance plan covers your treatment or service plan, kindly call your service provider and confirm if we are in network with them. However, kindly take note that many private GP services are not insured. Regardless, you can contact us for more information about pricing and fees.
Cancellation Policy
Niva Medical Clinic understands that an emergency can arise at any time; however, should you want to cancel or reschedule the appointment, kindly do it 24 hours before the consultation date. This way we can schedule another patient and accommodate you at another date accordingly.
However, patients who cancel the appointment without giving us at least a 4-hour notice will be charged 100% of their appointment fee.
