Pricing And Fees

The treatment and services offered at Niva Medical Clinic are affordable as we believe in providing health care accessible to all. All our pricing is honest and upfront.

Kindly note that you must pay the consultation fees before the appointment. For additional consultation or treatment, fees will be paid at the end. All our pricing plans are transparent; however, if you have any queries, kindly contact us before the appointment to avoid any confusion.

Below listed are some of our most common fees but please contact us before booking if you have any queries

20-minute GP appointment:

  • Suitable for minor ailments or single less complex issues
  • £80 for Face-to-Face (£70 for adult and £65 for child follow-up for same issue within a week)
  • £70 for Video
  • £60 for Telephone

Can I Pay Out Of My Insurance?

To confirm if your insurance plan covers your treatment or service plan, kindly contact your service provider and confirm before the appointment. Some insurance providers have an annual cash allowance for Private GP appointments that can be reimbursed.

Do I have to call to book an appointment, or can I do it online? +
You can book an appointment online using the ‘Book Online’ button, call or email us, or book at our reception desk.
How will I know if you accept my insurance or if I have to pay out of pocket? +
Many Private GP services in the UK are not covered by insurance. Please check with your insurer. Our fees page lists all services for patients paying out of pocket.
Does Niva Medical Clinic offer same-day appointments? +
We generally offer same-day appointments for most patients. If online booking shows no availability, contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
Do you have any cancellation policy if I have to cancel my appointment? +
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours will incur a fee.
Do you offer a blood test or lab test facility at your clinic? +
We offer in-house blood testing. For other tests, such as imaging studies, we refer you to trusted private providers locally.

We offer face-to-face appointments at our Stanmore clinic, with nationwide remote consultation coverage. Extended hours available including evenings and weekends.

We strive to provide same-day or within 24–28 hour appointments. Contact us if urgent, and we will do our best to accommodate.
How long is an appointment? +
Standard GP consultations are 20 minutes. For complex issues, a 30-minute appointment is recommended.
What if I need to change my appointment? +
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer remote appointments? +
Yes, we provide telephone and video GP appointments for your convenience.
Can your GP doctors give me a referral letter to see a specialist? +
Yes. NHS referrals can be processed with your consent. Private referrals can also be arranged during your appointment.
Do you charge extra for prescriptions or referrals? +
No, referrals and private prescriptions are included. Prescription dispensing fees at pharmacies may apply.
