Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Please book online or call reception to secure a time. Same-day appointments may be available depending on clinic capacity.
How long is a dermatology appointment?
Appointments are typically 20 to 30 minutes. More complex cases may require additional time or a follow-up visit.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is required for private dermatology. You can book directly. We will share a letter with your GP if you wish.
Can you check moles or do a full body mole check?
Yes. We offer targeted mole checks and comprehensive full body assessments, with advice on monitoring and next steps if changes are found.
Do you provide minor skin procedures in clinic?
Yes. Options include cryotherapy for benign lesions and other minor procedures where appropriate. Your clinician will advise on suitability and timing.

Are walk-ins accepted?
Booking is recommended. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed but we will offer the earliest available slot if capacity allows.
Are prescriptions, reports, or referrals charged separately?
Prescriptions and referral letters are included as part of your consultation. Pharmacy dispensing fees or external test costs may apply.
