Pricing And Fees

The treatment and services offered at Niva Medical Clinic are affordable as we believe in providing health care accessible to all. All our pricing is honest and upfront.

Kindly note that you must pay the consultation fees before the appointment. For additional consultation or treatment, fees will be paid at the end. All our pricing plans are transparent; however, if you have any queries, kindly contact us before the appointment to avoid any confusion.

Below listed are some of our most common fees but please contact us before booking if you have any queries

20-minute GP appointment:

  • Suitable for minor ailments or single less complex issues
  • £80 for Face-to-Face (£70 for adult and £65 for child follow-up for same issue within a week)
  • £70 for Video
  • £60 for Telephone

30-minute GP appointment:

  • Suitable for more complex problems to allow sufficent time for discussion
  • £110 for Face-to-Face

GP Home Visit:

  • £180 for a home visit within 3 miles from the clinic
  • £220 for a home visit within 5 miles from the clinic

GP Health Check:

  • Full GP Assessment and Examination with Comprehensive Blood Test & Optional Add-On Tests (From £300)

You can easily book an appointment online using the ‘Book Online’ button. Alternatively, you can call or email us, and our team will be ready to assist you. You can also book an appointment at our reception desk.

Many Private GP services in the UK are not covered by insurance. However, some of the services we offer may be eligible for coverage—please check with your insurer for details. If your insurance does not cover our treatments, you can visit our fees page to see that our services are competitively priced and affordable.

We are generally able to off same day appointments for the vast majority of our patients. If there is no appointment availability when you are trying to book online, please do contact us and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. 

At Niva Medical Clinic, we prioritise our patients’ needs and understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your visit. If an appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time, then unfortunately we will charge you for the appointment fees. 

We offer in-house blood testing for your convenience. For other tests, such as imaging studies, we can refer you to trusted private providers locally.

We offer face-to-face appointments at our modern, purpose-built clinic in Stanmore, North-West London, conveniently located near transport links with ample parking. Additionally, we provide nationwide coverage for remote consultations.

To accommodate our busy patients, we have extended hours, including evening and weekend appointments. Please visit our Contact Us page for our opening times.

We strive to provide you with an appointment on the same day or within 24–28 hours. If you have urgent needs and are unable to secure an appointment, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our standard appointments for GP consultations are 20 minutes which are suitable for simple acute issues. For more complex or multiple issues, we recommend booking a 30 minute appointment to enable us to assess you comprehensively.

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Yes, we offer telephone and video GP appointments for your convenience.

Yes, if our doctors determine that you need to see a specialist, we can facilitate referrals as part of your consultation. NHS referrals can be processed through your NHS GP, and we can assist with this process upon your consent. For private specialist referrals, we can arrange this during your appointment.

No, we believe in a straightforward, affordable all-inclusive pricing structure for our patients. Unlike many other private GP services, any referrals or private prescriptions will be issued free of charge during your consultation. We can send your prescription electronically to a local pharmacy, where you will need to pay the dispensing fee for the medication.
